Happy weekend all! It’s a beautiful early autumn day here in Melbourne, and we’ve got some equally beautiful wedding invitations to share with you.
Lovely couple Stephanie and Matthew were married last spring in the gorgeous, leafy grounds of Werribee Park in Melbourne, and we were thrilled to design and print their wedding stationery – from their engagement party invitations, to their letterpress wedding invitations, right through to their ‘day of’ stationery.
The couple chose our Calypso design for all their stationery, including their letterpress wedding invitations, which we letterpress printed in soft grey ink onto pillowy-soft 100% cotton stock, paired with matching envelopes.
We also created matching letterpress reply cards and digitally printed wishing well cards to complete their suite.
For the big day itself, Stephanie and Matthew had us create their menus, personalised placecards and gift tags for their bonbonniere.
Lastly, as a thank you to their guests, we designed some super cute thank you cards, featuring a photo of the happy couple on their wedding day, and a personalised message on the back. How cute are these?! Digital printing is a great way to be able to include a photo on a printed item (something not possible with letterpress), and having photo thank you cards is such a nice touch!
This is such a lovely wedding! It’s so leafy, green and lush, and the historic Werribee Park mansion (which dates back to the 1870s) is stunning. Most important of all, Stephanie and Matthew look so incredibly happy together.
As always, we LOVE seeing our couples’ wedding photos and being able to join the dots between the stationery we created and the venue and style of wedding. For Stephanie and Matthew, we think our Calypso design was the perfect match for their wedding, with its botanical illustrations and vintage feel. Perfection 🙂
Stephanie and Matthew, you were so sweet to work with! It was a pleasure to create your wedding invitations and we wish you both all the very best for a long and happy future together xx
